Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests will only be accepted if the service has not been initiated or any substantial work has not yet been delivered.
  • Once a project has begun (design, development, or marketing activities initiated), partial refunds may be considered at Digi Care’s sole discretion, depending on the amount of work completed.
  • Refunds are not applicable for completed milestones, third-party costs (e.g., hosting, domain registration, ad spend), or once the final deliverables have been shared.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Customized solutions (websites, apps, campaigns) already in progress.
  • Setup or consultation fees.
  • Digital marketing budgets paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).

Refund Request Process

  • Send your refund request to support@digicare.online within 7 days of payment.
  • Include your project details, payment proof, and reason for requesting a refund.
  • Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Digi Care is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.
